Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in Khallikote P.S. Case No.255 dtd. 10.05.2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.583 of 2022, pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Khallikote, Ganajam, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 143/341/294/323/326/307/506/149 of IPC.

It shall be open to the petitioner to move bail application afresh before the learned Court in seisin over the matter which shall be taken into account on its own merits without being influenced by the earlier order passed by this Court regarding the antecedents. 7.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
