Since this petitioner has approached this Court against the notice issued by the authority, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum by filing reply to the notice of show cause, so that the authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
