The Petitioner in this CMP seeks to assail the order dated 19th May, 2022 (Annexure-5) passed by learned Senior Civil Judge, Bhubaneswar in C.M.A. No.09 of 2016 (arising out of T.S. No.84 of 1989), whereby he refused to recall the order dated 3rd December, 2021 closing the evidence on behalf of the present Petitioner.

In course of hearing, Mr. Pati, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the CMP.
