The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to the Executive Engineer, Jharsuguda (R & B) Division, Jharsuguda-Opposite Party No.2 not to take any steps to register the sale deed in respect of Khata Nos.305 and 306 of Mouza Belpahar.

Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Standing counsel referring to Paragraph-6 of the counter affidavit filed by the Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2 submits that there is no proposal of purchasing Khata Nos.305 and 306 at present.

In that view of the matter, Mr. Chhatoi, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to pursue his remedy before Opposite Party No.2, if cause of action arises.
