1. Permitting the Petitioners to urge all the pleas raised in the present petition in accordance with law at the appropriate stage in the trial Court, the Court declines to interfere with the impugned order dated 4th March, 2016 passed by the learned SDJM., Khorda in 1CC No.201 of 2012.

2. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated. A copy of this order be communicated to the Court below forthwith.
