Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the constraint shown in the matter of deposit of cost within the time frame in final disposal of CMP No.1422 of 2018 after hearing learned counsel for the O.P., this Court allows the I.A. by extending the time for deposit of cost in terms of final disposal of the CMP at least within a further period of ten days from today. Considering that the deposit has not been made as of now, the time for disposal of the Suit is also extended by another two months from the date of deposit.

The I.A. stands disposed of.
