This Interlocutory Application has been filed by the Appellant for modification of Order dated 06.12.2022. 3.

Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Mr. Behera submits that inadvertently in the 2nd line of Paragraph No.2 of the Order dated 06.12.2022, the date of the trial Court Judgment has been wrongly typed as "22.08.2017" instead of "10.03.2016" and prays that the same may be corrected.

This being a typographical error, the same be corrected. Certified copy of the order, if already taken, be produced before the Copying Section for necessary correction. The rest part of the aforesaid Order remains unaltered.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of the Order be granted on proper application.
