Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 25th January, 2022 (Annexure-10) passed by Additional District Magistrate/District Sub-Registrar, Cuttack in Registration Appeal No.4 of 2021 dismissing the appeal and thereby confirming the order passed by Sub-Registrar, Salipur allowing e-registration of sale certificate issued on 17th February, 2012.

In course of hearing, Mr. Kar, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition for redressal of grievance before Debts Recovery Tribunal, Cuttack in OA No.267 of 2011, which is still pending. In support of his submission, he files a memo, which is taken on record. 4.

In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
