04. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. It is submitted by Mr. R.N. Mishra, learned AGA that in terms of the order passed by this Court on 11.07.2022 the Petitioner has been allowed to continue as BDM(U) at District Headquarter Hospital, Subarnapur, as per order dtd.18.10.2022 produced by the Opp. Party. Copy of the order produced by Mr. Mishra be kept on record.

3. In view of such order passed by the Opp. Party-Contemnor on 18.10.2022, the Petitioner be allowed to continue at Subarnapur. The Contempt Petition is accordingly treated as dropped and disposed of.
