1. It is seen that in reply to the representation made by the Petitioner, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) informed their advocate on 15th January, 2021 to make rectification of the wrong deposit of the TDS. Yet, no action appears to have taken. 2 A direction is issued to NHAI to rectify the wrong deposit of TDS as indicated in the letter dated 15th January, 2021 on or before 12th December, 2022. A copy of this order be sent by the Registry forthwith to the Opposite Party Nos. 2 and 3 for compliance.

3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
