1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 30.08.2022 passed in W.P. (C) Nos. 20904 & 20906 of 2022.

3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for an addition of a line to further clarify the order passed on 30.08.2022 in W.P.(C) Nos. 20904 & 20906 of 2022 at Paragraph-7 of the said order.

5. One line is added in Paragraph-8 to further clarify the order- The authorities shall examine the present Writ Petition in the light of the common judgment dated 25.08.2022 passed in WPC(OAC) No. 2709 of 2016 and if

// 2 // it is covered the issue involved in the present case, consider the case of the petitioner within a period of three months from today.

6. With the aforesaid modification the I.A. is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.

8. This order shall be read as a part of this original order. All other parts of the original order shall remain unaltered.
