Chilu @ Sanjeev Kumar Prusty v. State Of Odisha
IN THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AT CUTTACK
BLAPL No.7890 of 2022 Chilu @ Sanjeev Kumar Prusty ....
Petitioner Mr. Ashok Pattanaik, Advocate -versusState of Odisha ....
Opp. Party Mr. B. Panigrahi, Additional Standing Counsel
CORAM:
SHRI JUSTICE B. P. ROUTRAY
ORDER
26.8.2022 Order No.
01.
1.
The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
Heard Mr. A. Pattnaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. B. Panigrahi, learned Additional Standing Counsel for State - Opposite Party.
3.
It is seen that lastly on 5th August, 2022 the prayer for bail of the present Petitioner was rejected in BLAPL No.3856 of 2022. The Petitioner immediately thereafter filed this bail application without moving the trial court afresh. As such no merit is seen in the present bail application to differ from earlier order dated 5th August, 2022. 4.
The BLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
