This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) The Petitioner therefore, prayer that this Hon'ble Court would graciously be pleased to issue Rule NISI calling upon the opposite parties to show cause as to why the removal order dated 23.05.2019 under Annexure-3 shall not be set aside and the petitioner shall not be allowed to join in his duty with all consequential service benefits.

And if the opposite parties fail to show cause or show insufficient case the said Rule be made absolute.

And / or pass any other Writ(s), Order (s), direction(s) this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in order to provide complete relief to the petitioner".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 01.09.2021 at Annexure-5 to the Writ

// 2 // Petition, before the opposite party No.1 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
