This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioners in this CMP seek for a direction to stay further proceeding in C.S. No.633 of 2013 pending in the Court of learned 3rd Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Cuttack during pendency of TRP(C) No.05 of 2022 before the Court of learned District Judge, Cuttack.

Since an application for stay of further proceeding in C.S. No.633 of 2013 is pending for consideration before learned District Judge, Cuttack in TRP(C) No.05 of 2022 and it is submitted by Mr. Baug, learned counsel for the Petitioner that the case is posted to 26th August, 2022, I am not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this CMP.

It is, however, open to the Petitioners to move the application for stay of further proceeding in C.S. No.633 of 2013 before learned District Judge, Cuttack on the date fixed. (K.R. Mohapatra) ms Judge
