Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State. Perused the records. 3.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail, involving offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. 4.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. Further, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that a fraudulent certificate has already been cancelled as it reveals from the letter dated 23.12.2021 under Annexure-3. Further, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner is a Government

// 2 // employee working as MPHW (Male) in the Office of the local C.H.C. Therefore, there is no chance of absconding. 5.

Considering the nature of allegations made, gravity of the offence and the facts of the case, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner by the Arresting Officer in connection with CID CB P.S.Case No.01 of 2022, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the Arresting Officer.

The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
