Heard Ms. Pami Rath, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. R.C. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for opposite parties no.2, 3 & 5.

In compliance of the order dated 22.08.2022, Mr. R.C. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for opposite parties no.2, 3 & 5 has filed counter affidavit, paragraph-8 whereof states as follows:

"8. That, under the aforesaid circumstances the petitioner's case will be considered and as such he will be extended with award of additional weightage under VI grade i.e. 2.5% of qualifying marks for each completion year from the date of 01.09.2017 onwards when he joined in his service and continuing as medical officer in Agalpur CHC, Bargarh". 4.

In view of the above, since the case of the petitioner has been considered by extending additional weightage under VI grade i.e. 2.5% of qualifying marks for each completion year from

the date of 01.09.2017 and his name has been found place at Sl. No.107 of the merit list and today the date has been fixed for counseling, the relief sought has been granted to the petitioner. 5.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. 6.
