Learned counsel for the Petitioner is directed to serve two extra copies of the application upon the learned counsel for the State by tomorrow for its service upon the informant, who happens to be the mother of the victim, who is stated to be physically challenged and victim in their name and address as would be so supplied with the copy of the application. 4.

On receipt of the same, learned counsel for the State would do well to send the same to the IIC of the concerned Police Station for its due service with necessary information that the matter is likely to be listed for hearing in the week commencing 16th January, 2023; when they can raise their objections in the matter of grant of bail to the Petitioner and further for the purpose if they require the assistance of a legal counsel of their choice, they may approach the nearest Taluk

Learned counsel for the State is directed to obtain case diary including the statements of the informant & victim for perusal, by the next date of listing.
