1. The Petitioners representation under Annexure-2 series will be examined by the Collector, Cuttack (Opposite Party No.1) and after issuing notice to the Petitioners as well as Opposite Party Nos.3 and 4 and after giving them a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 19th December, 2022 and be communicated to the parties within a week thereafter. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
