Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.
This writ petition involves the following prayer: "It is therefore prayed that your Lordships would graciously be pleased to issue rule NISI calling upon the opposite parties to show cause why:- i) A direction shall not be issued to the Opp. Parties to conduct an enquiry and take necessary steps for removal of the Opp. Party No.4 for committing acts of misappropriation of Government fund in the G.P.; ii) And or pass such other order(s), direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case;
iii) And for this act of kindness, the Petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioners on the self same issue vide Annexure-6 is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the Collector, Keonjhar-opposite party
no.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioners vide Annexure-6 and take lawful decision thereon within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order but however involving the party likely to be affected. "
