This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to the R.T.O., Nabarangpur-Opposite Party No.2 to accept the tax for the vehicle bearing Registration No.OD-33-B-1111 (Bus) and permit her to file appeal under Section 13(2) of the Odisha Motor Vehicle Taxation Act, 1975 (for short, 'the Act'). 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Sarangi, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail remedy under Section 78 of Schedule-2 of the Act.

In view of the above, this Court disposes of the writ petition with an observation that in the event, the Petitioner files an appeal, as aforesaid, within a period of two weeks hence, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. The authority may also consider any interim application, if filed by the Petitioner, in accordance with law.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
