Heard Mr. K.P. Mishra, learned Senior Advocate appearing along with Ms. B. Mishra, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.
The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the notice dated 10.08.2022 under Annexure-9 and the notice dated 12.08.2022 under Annexure-10 by which direction was given for demolition of the house in question.

Mr. K.P. Mishra, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Petitioner contended that against the order so passed appeal lies and as such, the Petitioner may be given liberty to prefer an appeal before the appropriate forum.

Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate contended that if the Petitioner wants to prefer an appeal, let him do so in accordance with law.

Having heard learned Counsel for the parties and after going through the record, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition stands disposed of permitting the Petitioner to
prefer appeal by 30.08.2022 and till that date, no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioner. In the event no appeal is filed within the time stipulated, it is open to the authorities to take necessary step in accordance with law.
