2. The petitioner had filed W.P.(C) No. 3795 of 2020, inter alia, seeking grant of licence in respect of IMFL OFF shop for the year 2019-2020 in Acharya Vihar. The writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 18.2.2020 directing the Excise Commissioner to pass a speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing within a period of two months.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
