Petitioner in this RPFAM seeks to assail the order dated 20th June, 2022 passed in CRLMP No.206 of 2019, whereby learned Judge, Family Court, Nayagarh directed the Petitioner to pay maintenance at the rate of Rs.5,000/- per month to the Opposite Party from the date of filing of the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C., i.e., 15th October, 2019. 3.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM.

In view of such submission, the RPFAM is dismissed as withdrawn.
