Heard Mr. Pradhan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Dhal, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.

According to Mr.

Pradhan, though the surrounding circumstances involving Bhairab Singhpur P.S. Case No.80 of 2021 discloses commission of offence under Section 307 of I.P.C., however, while filing the charge sheet in connection with the above noted F.I.R., the same has not been reflected there.

In reply, Mr. Dhal submits that if the petitioner has any such grievance, he should file protest petition before the appropriate forum instead of rushing to this Court.

In such background, Mr. Pradhan wants to withdraw this application as he wants to file an appropriate petition before the jurisdictional Court for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner. 5.

Considering the submissions made, this CRLMP is disposed of as withdrawn.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
