This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

This is an application for extension of period of interim bail as had been granted to the Petitioner by order dated 25.11.2022.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State appearing in OPID cases. 4.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the averments taken in the petition, the period of interim bail is hereby extended for a period of two weeks from today with further direction that he will positively surrender on expiry of the period of interim bail.

It is made clear that no further time shall be granted for the purpose.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
