1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. The Petitioner, by way of this Writ Petition, seeks a direction from this Court to the Opposite Parties to consider his inter district transfer sympathetically from Thuba Upper Primary School, Nandapur, in the district of Koraput to any Primary School under Bonth Block of Bhadrak district keeping in view of the criteria as mentioned in the Notification No.22167/ S and ME dated 04.10.2018 issued by the Department of School and Mass Education, Government of Odisha, Bhubaneswar on the

// 2 // ground that he is suffering from terminal diseases and other serious personal difficulties.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has approached the Opposite Party No.2/ Director, Elementary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar by way of the representation dated 12.07.2022 with a prayer for inter district transfer. But the same is still pending before the Opposite Party No.2/ Director, Elementary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar..

In such view of the matter, the Opposite Party No.2/ Director, Elementary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production/presentation of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
