Heard Mr.Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Order No.

Mr.Swain, learned counsel appearing for the Cuttack Development Authority. Vakalatnama of Mr.Swain is stated to have been filed. Registry to verify and bring the same on Record. 2.

Claiming to be a single allottee, the Petitioner seeks benefit through the judgment of this Court in W.P.(C) No.5274 of 2022 delivered on 19.7.2022.

Considering the matter is taken up at fresh admission stage, this Court while recording the claim of the Petitioner that he is a single allottee got allotment but under discretion quota, this Court directs, the Petitioner's case, vide Annexure-4 & 5 is to be considered as a response to show cause at Annexure-3 keeping in

// 2 // view the direction of this Court already there in disposal of W.P.(C) No.5274 of 2022 by completing the entire exercise within a period of one month from today. This Court observes, in the event, decision referred to herein above is strictly covers the case of the Petitioner, action, as appropriate, in handing over the property to the Petitioner will also be undertaken within fifteen days thereafter. 4.
