The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 28th March, 2022 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Rayagada in I.A. No.1 of 2022 (arising out of C.P. No.10 of 2022), whereby he allowed an application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 filed by the Opposite Party. 3.

Mr. Pati, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that C.P. No.10 of 2022 has already been disposed of on 17th August, 2022. Hence, he does not want to press this writ petition. 4.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
