1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.

2. The present contempt has been filed alleging that the order dated 31.08.2020 passed in W.P.(C) PIL No.21016 of 2020 permitting the petitioners to construct the idol of the deity and perform the puja within the Puja Ghar/Pandal, has not been complied with.

3. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for permission to withdraw the contempt petition.

4. In view of the above, the CONTC is dismissed as infructuous.
