Heard Mr. A. Sanganeria, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, Additional Standing Counsel. 2.

On instruction, Mr. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that upon completion of investigation in connection with Binjharpur P.S. Case No. 407 of 2022, Final Report No. 491, dated 31st August, 2022 has been filed before the jurisdictional Court. In such background, Mr. Sanganeria submits that liberty may be granted to the informant to file a protest petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file a protest petition. It is made clear that in case such a petition is filed before the Jurisdictional Court, the said Court is directed to proceed with the same in accordance with law. 4.

Accordingly, the CRLMP is disposed of.
