Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "Quash fixation of Grade pay of Rs.4200/- and calculation of pension and other retiral benefits as at Annexure-2 and further be pleased to direct the opposite parties to sanction Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- as 3rd RACP benefit in favour of petitioner w.e.f 1.1.2013 under RACP Scheme-2013."

Direct/order the opp. parties to revise the pension and other retiral benefits like Gratuity, leave salary and commutation value of pension. Family pension and other benefits basing upn GP Rs.5400/- and sanction the differential amounts in favour of petitioner within stipulated time period as d fit and proper for the bonafide interest of justice & equity

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.2 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-5 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner, taking into account Annexures-3 & 4 in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
