This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the BLAPL No.6918 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 13.07.2022 granting bail to the petitioner. He further submits that the leaned court below finds that some criminal antecedents are against the petitioner. Hence, modification has been prayed for. 4.

Accordingly, it is directed that the paragraph-11 of the order dated 13.07.2022 be waived instead of furnishing cash security of Rs.20,000/-(rupees twenty thousand) before the learned court below, which shall be kept in any Nationalized Bank in an interest earning deposit initially for a period of one year renewable from time to time till conclusion of the trial and the same shall be abide by the final

// 2 // outcome of the trial of the case. Rest part of the order shall remain intact.

The I.A is disposed of accordingly.
