Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

Petitioner has a complaint in the matter of bizarre functioning of the Grama Panchayat. This Court finds such a complaint is already made to the Collector, Subarnapur, opposite party no.1. For pendency of the complaint of the petitioner before the competent authority, this Court fiends writ petition is premature at this stage. However, in disposal of the writ petition, this Court directs the Collector, Subarnapur-opposite party no.1, in the event he is in receipt of such complaint, to take decision, as lawful, but also involving the parties likely to be affected by completing the entire exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy f this order by the petitioner.
