This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification of order dated 17.08.2022.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to correct the name of the Court in the body of the application in Court today. He is also permitted to insert the G.R.Case No.304 of 2022 which has been omitted in the body of the application.

Accordingly order dated 25.08.2022 stands modified to the extent that in place of JMFC(Rural), Cuttack, JMFC Niali and the G.R.Case No.304 of 2022 be inserted.

Four weeks' further time from today is granted to the

// 2 // Petitioner to surrender as per order dated 25.08.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) by the Petitioner in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
