This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. Tripathy learned counsel for the Vigilance Department. 3.

This CRLMA has been filed assailing the order dated 21.02.2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar in T.R. Case No.49 of 2010 directing appearance of all the accused persons personally on each date fixed in the case. 4.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that such condition is causing hardship more so keeping in view the age of the petitioners.

Taking into account the recitals in the CRLMA, this Court grants liberty to the petitioners to take steps for representation in terms of the provisions contained under Section 317 of Cr.P.C and

if such a motion shall be made, the same shall be considered liberally.

The CRLMA accordingly stands disposed of.
