It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to one involved in W.P.(C) No.1981 of 2006 (Manoj Kumar Das v. State of Orissa & Ors.), which has been disposed of vide order dated 27.02.2006 by this Court.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 27.02.2006 passed in W.P.(C) No.1981 of 2006 (Manoj Kumar Das v. State of Orissa & Ors.), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
