This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the Petitioners is allowed to carry out necessary corrections in the cause-title of the bail application in court today, so far as the P.S. Case number as well as the name of Petitioner No.19 is concerned. Accordingly, it be corrected as Sarankula P.S. Case No.102/2021 instead of 105/2021 and Benudhar Biswal @ Benu instead of Beudhar Biswal @ Benu. 4.

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for Petitioners to surrender before the learned court below, vide order dated 25.08.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.10109 of 2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) by the Petitioners in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court

// 2 // within 15 days from today and furnish the money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the time stipulated, the time extended for the petitioner to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.
