This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Perused the written instruction dated 16.11.2022 received from the Inspector in-charge of Koraput Sadar police station furnished by the learned counsel for the State from which it appears that the victim girl has already been examined. The written instruction obtained by the learned counsel for the State is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks some time to produce the certified copy of the deposition of the victim.
