This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.782 of 2022 pending in the file of learned Special Judge-cum-Additional District and Session Judge, Jeypore, arising out of Narayanpatana P.S. Case No.63 of 2022, offence under Sections 363/366/376(2)n of IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned POCSO Act-cum-Additional Session Judge, Jeypore by order dated 03.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Perused the order of rejection.

Taking into account the nature of accusation as noted by the order of rejection and keeping in view the age of the petitioner,

this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter. 7.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
