This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with T.R. Case No.62 of 2020, pending in the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Koraput, arising out of Machhakund P.S. Case No.98 of 2020, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C)/25/29 of NDPS Act. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Koraput, by order dated 29.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.
Taking into account the quantity of the contraband seized and perusing the note of the learned Special Judge, Koraput, that out of fourteen charge sheet witnesses, three witnesses have been examined and the case now stands posted to
14.12.2022/15.12.2022, this Court is not inclined to consider the bail application of the petitioner at this stage. 6.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
