This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for bail in connection with Barkot P.S. Case No.171 of 2021, corresponding to C.T. Case No.318 of 2021, pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Deogarh, for commission of alleged offences under Sections 341/294/323/506/376-D of I.P.C. and r/w Section 66(E)/67(A) of I.T. Act, 2000.

Heard learned counsel for both the parties. Perused the F.I.R. and the case records.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this bail application with liberty to direct the trial court to expedite the trial of the case.

With the aforesaid submission, the BLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The trial court is also directed to expedite the trial of the case, as expeditiously as possible,

// 2 // preferably within a period of four months. In the event trial is not completed within the said time period, the bail application of the Petitioners, if filed, shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law by the court in seisin of the matter. 6.
