Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves a simple prayer for directing finality of G.P. Appeal Case No.3/2022 pending before the Collector, Subarnapur, O.P.2.

From Annexure-2, this Court finds, the matter was already entertained on 17.6.2022 and the Collector, Subarnapur has already directed for giving notice to the Parties likely to be affected fixing the date of appearance to 14.7.2022. In the meantime, almost one and half months have passed from the date of appearance. 4.

Be that as it may, considering the nature of dispute, this Court directs the Collector, Subarnapur, O.P.2 to at least dependent on the completion of service of notice on the O.Ps. therein conclude

// 2 // the appeal proceeding within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

A free copy of this order be supplied to the learned ASC for onward transmission to O.P.2.
