This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the President, Grievance Redressal Forum (TPNODL), Balasore to dispose of her application for providing power supply to the premises over Khata No.711/611 situated in Mouza Baharda in the district of Balasore to earn her livelihood. 3.

It is submitted by Mr. Gupta, learned counsel for the Petitioner that incompliance to the direction of the Authorities under TPNODL, the Petitioner has already submitted the requisite fee of Rs.9,485/- since 29th June, 2022 and has also purchased the materials for supply of electricity to her premises as aforesaid to earn her livelihood. Since no action has been taken by the Authorities under the TPNODL to provide power supply, the Petitioner finding no other alternative has filed a complaint before Opposite Party No.2 on 12th July, 2022. It is his submission that till date, no action on the same has been

// 2 // taken. Hence, finding no other alternative, the Petitioner has filed this writ petition.

Taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner and on perusal of the record, this Court observes that the complaint petition is submitted before the Authorities under the NECSO. But, in the meantime, TPNODL has taken over the power supply in the area. 5.

Hence, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event, the Petitioner makes a fresh complaint before the President, Grievance Redressal Forum, TPNODL along with certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks hence, it shall do well to consider the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of sixty days therefrom giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and communicate the decision thereof to the Petitioner forthwith. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
