Learned counsel for the Petitioner does not want to press this bail application and further prays that a direction be given to the learned court below to expedite the trial.

In such view of the matter, the BLAPL sands disposed of as withdrawn with a further direction to the learned court below to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months.

The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
