This CMP has been filed assailing the order dated 11th February, 2022 (Annexure-8) passed in FAO No. 20 of 2021, whereby learned Additional District Judge, Nimapara while dismissing the appeal confirmed the order dated 18th September, 2021 passed by learned Senior Civil Judge, Nimapara in I.A. No. 135 of 2021 (arising out of C.S. No. 37 of 2016).

In course of hearing, Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of CMP.
