1.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Order No.

2.

This Application is at the instance of the Competent Authority seeking extension of time for compliance of this Court's direction in disposal of the present Writ Petition. 3.

Mr.Sonak Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State taking this Court to the reason for non-disposal of the proceeding involved through Pararaph-3 of this Application brought to the notice of this court that there has been seeking decisions required to be worked out before concluding the proceeding involved and it is only for this reason, there is some time loss at the end of the Tahasildar, thus requests for grant of some more time.

// 2 // 4.

Considering the submission and in the involvement of the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, O.P. in the I.A. through the observation in Annexure-2 at Page-16, this Court finds, there is in fact, a heavy responsibility on the Tahasildar in the conclusion of the proceeding in terms of the question framed by the Commissioner, Consolidation, Bhubaneswar in disposal of Revision Petition No.446/2019.

5.

It is keeping all these in view, this Court grants at least six weeks from today but as a matter of last chance to bring out the outcome in terms of the final order dated 8.9.2022 passed in the present Writ Petition.

6.

I.A. thus stands disposed of.
