Heard Mr. S. Jena, learned Counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. S. N. Nayak, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State. 3.

The Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Opposite Parties to consider the show cause filed by the petitioners under Annexure-5 before proceeding with the Eviction Case initiated in OPLE Case No. 225 of 2022.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing the Opposite Party No.3 to consider the objection raised by the Petitioners under Anenxure-5 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
