In this application under Section 24 of the C.P.C., the petitioner-wife has prayed for transfer of C.S. No.566 of 2022 filed by the opposite party, in the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhubaneswar to the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Berhampur. 3.

Mr. P.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are some errors in the TRP(C) for which he wants to withdraw this TRP(C) with liberty to file a better application.

The TRP(C) stands disposed of as withdrawn, granting the liberty aforesaid.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
