It is agreed by learned Counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to one involved in W.P.(C) No. 1188 of 2019, which was dismissed vide order dated 21.07.2022.

Therefore, in view of the reasons stated in the order dated 21.07.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 1188 of 2019, this Writ Petition stands dismissed in terms of the said order.
