During course of hearing, Mr. Panibgrahi wants to withdraw this writ petition as he wants to approach the appropriate authorities under the National Highways Act, 1956 for redressal of the grievances of the petitioners. 4.

Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
